Meet The Attorney
Mariana Toledo-Hermina opened her firm in 2019 and practices exclusively in the area of immigration law. Mariana is licensed in the state of North Carolina, and came to immigration law after working extensively with immigrant communities in the context of health education and community organizing.
Mariana has a combination of immigration and criminal law experience working with underserved communities, as well as practice and teaching experience in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools System. Her strong commitment to public interest law, experience through her prior work with immigrant communities in the areas of health, education and law make her uniquely qualified to help in your case.
